About the Position

Requirements: Active Michigan License, Ability to start 7/27/26.
Schedule: Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8A-4:30PM. Must be on-site. Also must participate in weekend call rotation 1:6, and weeknight after hours on-call.

Total Encounters/Day: average 15
New Patients/Day: 2-3
Follow-Up Visits/Day: detox patients are seen daily 3-4
Addiction Medicine, Family Practice: Need 2 FNPs or PAs. Must have MI license & ability to begin work by 7/27/26. Must be board certified. PMHNP cannot be used for this position.
