Role Description: This is a part-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in New York Mills, NY. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, performing general receptionist duties, and using medical terminology in daily operations. The role includes greeting and rooming patients, managing patient records, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications: Experience in appointment scheduling and receptionist duties. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling phone calls. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office operations (including Hipaa). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work on-site in New York Mills, NY. Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is a plus. Previous experience with direct patient care is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
