Patient Services Specialist

Brown University Health is seeking a courteous Medical Office Receptionist to support physicians and front desk operations at the East Providence location. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, collect balances and copays, and coordinate referrals while maintaining high standards of customer service and patient care. The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology, and at least six months of experience in a #J-18808-Ljbffr
