Customer Service Representative

Insight Global is seeking a customer service-oriented professional that has experience from a financial institution where the candidate has worked to solve problems within emails, phone calls, and chatbots. Taking around 20+ inbound calls a day and helping clients find solutions. 1st line of customer verification process as commercial banking clients call in with requests.

Skills and Requirements:

Ability to work on site in Phoenix, AZ 1x a month
Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship
Excitement and eagerness to learn and grow long term within finance/customer service
Excellent verbal written and communications skills
Looking for individuals seeking to learn and grow within their organization 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
