My client is a prestigious financial firm located in Manhattan.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for undergraduate and graduate-level candidates
- Build and evolve long-term relationships with key universities
- Coordinate logistics and execution of on-campus and in-house recruiting events such as interviews, career fairs, presentations, Super Days, etc.
- Work closely with HR Program Manager to create and enact dynamic university talent acquisition strategies
- Along with the HR team, manage the job offer process including employment verification/references, hire date, starting salary, etc.
- Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Tech and/or finance experience is a plus
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in campus
- Strong communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Based on experience, the compensation range is between $140k-175k.
