About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission with a focus on Christ-centered, relational, and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization through a significant leadership transition, building on a strong foundation of community trust and faithful service. This pivotal role demands a leader who is both pastorally grounded and organizationally capable, with a genuine heart for the individuals served by the mission. The CEO will lead a dedicated team, nurture donor relationships, and serve as the primary ambassador of the organization, which is deeply rooted in a legacy of gospel-centered ministry. The ideal CEO for the company will be a deeply rooted Christ-follower, with faith fully integrated into their leadership. They should be a relational and grounded leader, a culture shaper, and a team developer, with a strong external presence as a community builder. The role requires a strategic visionary who can articulate a clear direction for the future while honoring the organization's past. The candidate must be committed to holistic transformation, with a focus on both physical and spiritual restoration, and be in alignment with the company's Statement of Faith and core convictions. This is a unique opportunity for a leader to invest in people and help shape the future of a trusted institution that is dedicated to moving individuals from despair to personal and spiritual wholeness.
