Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking Pennsylvania-licensed Nurse Practitioners for a locum tenens opportunity in Farrell, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing occupational health services within a corporate health setting, focusing on injury prevention, employee wellness, and workplace safety initiatives.

Opportunity Highlights

Occupational Medicine locum tenens role
Shifts: June 10 (training), June 11, and June 15-18
General outpatient occupational health setting
Focus on ergonomic assessments, injury triage, and wellness education
Collaboration with safety managers and HR teams
Documentation and data reporting responsibilities

Schedule Details

Start: July 31, August 13 and 14
Shifts: Specific hours to be confirmed during onboarding

Clinical Scope

Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
Deliver first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
Document assessments and provide actionable insights through data reporting
Partner with safety managers and HR teams to improve workforce wellbeing

Practice Environment
This opportunity is based within an onsite occupational health program at a corporate facility in Farrell, Pennsylvania. The role involves direct engagement with employees, supporting injury prevention and wellness initiatives, and collaborating with internal safety and HR teams.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
NCCPA or AANP certification
DEA registration
BLS certification
Occupational Medicine experience
Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
CEAS or OSHA10 certification

1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
