This role involves providing occupational health services within a corporate health setting, focusing on injury prevention, employee wellness, and workplace safety initiatives.

Clinical Scope

• Perform ergonomic assessments and implement corrective strategies to reduce workplace injuries
• Deliver first aid and triage support for musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal complaints
• Educate employees on injury prevention, wellness, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Support early intervention and return-to-work plans for injured employees
• Document assessments and provide actionable insights through data reporting
• Partner with safety managers and HR teams to improve workforce wellbeing

Practice Environment
This opportunity is based within an onsite occupational health program at a corporate facility in Farrell, Pennsylvania. The role involves direct engagement with employees, supporting injury prevention and wellness initiatives, and collaborating with internal safety and HR teams.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
• NCCPA or AANP certification
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Occupational Medicine experience
• Ergonomics and injury prevention experience
• Familiarity with OSHA recordability and workers’ compensation procedures
• CEAS or OSHA10 certification

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in industrial, occupational health, or sports medicine settings
