As an Security Officer you are at the tip of the spear when it comes to the advanced security solutions we provide our clients every day./ph3Requirements:/h3ulliMust have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent/liliMust be C PR/First Aid/AED certified/liliMust understand, read, and write in English/liliSuccessfully complete a Fingerprint background check and drug screening/liliState Guard Card/li/ulh3Some Duties May Include:/h3ulliMake access badges in accordance to SLA/liliScreen associates and determine root cause of activations/liliMonitor post activity to ensure the security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access/liliReview and save CCTV video regarding incidents/liliComplete various logs/liliComplete incident reports by end of shift/liliRespond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards/liliInput Incident Reports in database by end of shift/liliProvide direction and support to associates and assist associates with security matters as needed/liliConduct patrols and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, unusual circumstances and/or behavior, maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, etc./liliMonitor building activity to ensure the security of the facility, preventing unauthorized access/liliConduct various audits/liliRespond to alarms in accordance to SLA standards/liliProvide direction and support to associates and assist associates with security matters as needed/liliPerform escorts if requested/liliRespond and assist with all emergencies/liliBack fills open positions for breaks lunches and/or call offs as needed/liliMakes access badges/liliParticipate in emergency evacuation response/liliOther duties as agreed to by the parties/li/ulh3Work Environment and Schedule/h3ulliJob operates in client sites which could be indoors or outdoors./liliPosition requires prolonged standing and walking, in the performance of daily security activities./liliOpen availability Nights, Weekends, Holidays and overtime as directed(overtime occurs)./liliWork various shifts and Holidays as assigned./li/ulh3Veterans/h3pInter-Con is passionate about hiring veterans.
