Clinical Resource Nurse & Unit Leader

Prairie Mountain Health seeks a Clinical Resource Nurse to lead and sustain high standards of patient care across units. You will guide nursing staff, perform charge nurse duties, and advance nursing practice while interfacing with physicians and the care team. Under RHPA guidelines and provincial practice standards, you will drive quality improvement, support staff development, and coordinate clinical program components to ensure safe, evidence-based care across the facility. #J-18808-Ljbffr Prairie Mountain Health
