Area Manager

Surf Thru Express Car Wash is seeking a driven and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations in the Tucson, AZ region . We're looking for a leader with strong multi-site management experience, mechanical aptitude, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites Ensure top-tier customer service and facility standards Perform and manage light mechanical and maintenance repairs Manage site budgets, cash handling, deposits, and inventory Create schedules and manage staffing needs Train, mentor, and lead team members Order supplies and track usage Foster a culture of accountability and performance What We're Looking For Proven experience managing multiple locations Strong leadership and team development skills Solid mechanical and troubleshooting ability Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities Physical Demands Lifting & Handling: Ability to routinely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Mobility & Agility: Able to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and navigate confined maintenance spaces. Stamina: Ability to stand and perform physical, hands‑on tasks for extended periods as operational needs arise. Environment: Comfortable working in outdoor, wet, and variable weather conditions.
