Dental Office Manager

Office Manager PositionWe are looking for a qualified, responsible Dental Office Manager who will keep the dental office more efficient and pleasant for patients. You'll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist's shoulders. Dental office manager should be well-organized with close attention to detail. You will help us to create and maintain a proper work environment to optimize our organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. Your responsibilities will include scheduling staff, doctors and patients, making office supplies arrangements, greeting patients and providing general administrative support to our employees.You should have at least 2 years experience of working as a Dental Front Office manager or Dental Office Administrator. We expect you to be familiar with a variety of office software (including email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and to be able to accurately handle administrative duties.Office Manager ResponsibilitiesOrganize office operations and procedures and schedule staffing & appointmentsManage the office layout, ordering supplies and equipment when neededMaintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairsWork together with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessaryOversee timely ARManage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reportingOrganize the on-boarding process for new employees and provide support to patientsAssist staff with typical duties such as maintenance, scheduling, sterilization, patient satisfaction and so onOffice Manager Requirements2+ years experience working as a Dental Office ManagerStrong professional, mature, individual capable of handling all office/staff issuesGood experience with dental office responsibilities, systems and proceduresGood practical experience with office machinesGood familiarity with all insurances including Managed Care/HMOStrong time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workStrong organizational, planning and problem solving skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to problems
