Duration: Long term contract (Possibility of further extension) Pay Rate: $80/hr on W2 DOE Seeking a hands‑on Senior Systems Engineer to drive end‑to‑end integration of next‑generation diagnostic systems, spanning sequencing workflows, instrumentation, and data/bioinformatics pipelines. Key Responsibilities Lead system‑level integration across sample prep, library prep, sequencing/PCR, and data pipelines Perform hands‑on troubleshooting of sequencing and molecular workflows Partner with assay, software, hardware, and bioinformatics teams on end‑to‑end performance Define system requirements, architecture, and integration plans Apply DoE and statistical analysis (JMP, ANOVA, regression) Plan and execute verification & validation (V&V) testing Support post‑launch investigations and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Degree in Systems, Bioengineering, or Biomedical Engineering (or related) Senior‑level industry experience: PhD + 5 yrs | MS + 10 yrs | BS + 10 yrs Hands‑on experience with sequencing workflows (NA extraction, library prep, sequencing) Strong troubleshooting experience in sequencing and PCR‑based workflows Required experience with statistical tools / DoE Preferred Bioinformatics or sequencing data pipelines (QC, variant calling) Life sciences instrumentation / IVD product development Digital PCR, microfluidics, or semiconductor‑based sensing Python or R scripting If interested, please send your updated resume at View email address on click.appcast.io/View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawar Consulting
