Job Summary Live Nation Entertainment is the world’s leading live entertainment company, comprising Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The role is focused on building and maintaining strategic brand partnerships with top corporate clients, emphasizing festivals, venues, promotions, and the FinTech space. Responsibilities Lead day‑to‑day relationships and activities of Live Nation’s strategic marketing partnership with corporate brands. Maximize the value of client relationships and performance of entertainment marketing programs, focusing on activation, performance, financial performance, budget planning & reporting, team management, and innovation. Provide professional service and communication to clients that exceed expectations, building trust. Deliver contractual assets: plan, execute, and report on programs that optimize performance. Coordinate client status calls and meetings: prepare agendas, distribute pre‑read materials, steward discussions, and deliver post‑call notes. Support planning and execution of key client activations across Live Nation assets, including venues, festivals, promotions, media, hospitality, and content. Ensure accurate, on‑time financial reporting: process invoices, reconcile expenses to budget, manage client billing, and maintain Salesforce profitability plans. Gather, analyze, and package key metrics and learnings into program recaps that demonstrate delivery of objectives and ROI. Qualifications 1–2 years of direct experience in brand or account management, client service, media, or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising, or activation agencies. Strong project management skills with the ability to communicate, prioritize, manage simultaneous projects and deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and visual storytelling skills. Proactive, collaborative, organized work style. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships internally and externally. Experience with recognizable global brands preferred. Experience with marketing programs across physical and digital components preferred. Solutions‑driven with proven ability to think through and solve complex issues. Knowledge of consumer and market research with the ability to integrate sponsorship program recommendations, recaps, and client communications. Proficiency in enterprise technology platforms: AI, Microsoft Office, Keynote, Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Tableau or similar. Strong passion for branding, marketing, and the music industry, with knowledge of relevant artists and industry trends. Ability to travel up to 30% or more of time, including nights, weekends, and short notice.
