Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney (Lawyer)

Position Overview A respected Atlanta business law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (1+ years of experience) to join its commercial real estate practice. This is a hands‑on role working directly with experienced partners on day‑to‑day transactional work in a collaborative, lean environment. Responsibilities Assist with traditional commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development. Conduct due diligence and prepare documentation for transactions. Draft transaction agreements and related legal documents. Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide early client exposure. Qualifications 1+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience. Strong law school credentials. Strong drafting and organization skills.
