Remote NOC Engineer: AI-Powered Network Reliability

8x8, Inc.

8x8 is seeking a NOC Engineer for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will monitor systems and networks, manage incidents, and keep services up, using AI tools for triage, log correlation, ticket documentation, and runbook lookups. The ideal candidate has a strong networking background, experience with VoIP and SIP, Linux, and at least 2 years in a related role; excellent English communication is required for global collaboration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
