About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Social Strategy & Analytics to lead global social strategy, platform intelligence, and measurement. The role will establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, reporting standards, data taxonomies, and governance, while advancing AI-enabled insights and automation. The executive will translate platform developments and performance data into recommendations for content, creators, paid media, and regional marketing, and connect social activity to broader business outcomes. Responsibilities also include building and developing a high-performing social intelligence and analytics team and advising senior leaders. Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in social media, strategy, analytics, measurement, platform intelligence, or data strategy, along with senior leadership experience building or scaling a global function. Deep expertise across major social platforms and a strong understanding of paid, earned, and organic social, creators, influencers, and communities are required. Applicants should be fluent in data, measurement frameworks, taxonomies, reporting standards, and AI-assisted analytics, with the ability to define technical requirements and uphold accuracy and human-review standards. Strong executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations are essential; advanced SQL or comparable technical experience is preferred.
