Position Overview To meet our needs, we are looking for a Targeting Officer to support a client\'s operational requirements at multiple locations in the Greater Washington Metropolitan Area. Successful Targeting Officer candidates will work in an integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines. Responsibilities include all-source intelligence research, analysis, and report writing; operational concept development; stakeholder engagement; and preparation and presentation of reports to all levels of customer management. Targeting Officers must be able to think critically and communicate highly complex information accurately, clearly, and in proper context while working collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates should be comfortable with drafting and disseminating written reports and requests for information. The ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings is a key skill for this role. This posting is for multiple opportunities, ranging in years of experience: Level 3: requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor\'s degree; Level 4: requires 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor\'s degree; Level 5: requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor\'s degree. *5 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for a degree.* Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience Active Top Secret SCI security clearance with Poly at time of application Desired qualifications Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices Formal training or certification as a Targeter Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing Foreign Language Skills Compensation and Benefits We are proud to offer a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance.
