Therapeutic Center (High-Needs School) Date Available: ASAP Closing Date: When Filled Description Job Coach Job Summary Position will be responsible for developing and implementing pre-vocational and vocational programming for students in AERO work programs; for assisting students in obtaining and maintaining employment; for collecting, maintaining, transmitting and delivering grant-related records/data; and for other duties as assigned by the program supervisor. Position requires flexibility, multitasking ability, ability to work cooperatively as well as independently, maintain grant paperwork in an organized fashion, demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, supervise and provide appropriate role modeling for high school special education students and obtain an Illinois bus driver's permit. Qualifications Minimum of High School diploma Working Conditions Work will be conducted in school, office, and employment environments.
