Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Independent Contractor.

AT Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This position offers the opportunity to work with children in both clinic and school-based settings, helping them develop the strength, mobility, coordination, and functional skills needed to succeed at home, school, and in the community.

Position Details:

• Independent Contractor (1099).

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic impairments, genetic disorders, and other physical challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving strength, balance, coordination, mobility, posture, endurance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies.
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and payer requirements.

Qualifications.
For Physical Therapists (PT):

• Active Florida Physical Therapy License.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

For Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA):

• Active Florida PTA License.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to implement treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
