Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC) is seeking an Endodontist to join one of our established practices in the Tampa Bay area. Choose from Downtown Tampa, Pasadena, Carrollwood Commons, or Land O’ Lakes, with the opportunity to support an additional practice if desired. Backed by 40+ years in dentistry, this role offers strong new patient flow, modern technology, predictable income, and the autonomy to focus on high-quality patient care. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced and confident Endodontist seeking long-term stability without sacrificing control over how they practice.

Opportunity Overview

• Location – Choose a primary practice location, with the option to support a second office if desired:

  • 2091 Collier Parkway, Land O'Lakes, FL 34639
• Schedule – Part-time or Full-time
• Compensation – Generous daily guarantee and 45-50% of production based on skills and experience

• Office setup – 7-10-operatory, fully digital offices
• Imaging technology – Panorex with VideaAI technology, CBCT access
• Clinical tools – Henry Schein formulary, CBCT, iTero, WaveOne, Microscope (with stands in place)
• In house specialty – Endo, Oral Surgery, and Perio
• Payor Mix – Heavy PPO|FFO
