Whether you just earned your CDL-A or have years behind the wheel, this is a position built around one thing putting serious money in your pocket while keeping you on a lane you can count on.

THE RUN:

• 100% dry van.
• 100% no touch freight.
• You drive, you deliver, you move on.
• No waiting at docks, no loading, no unloading.

COMPENSATION:

• Top 25% of drivers earning $1,800+/week
• Average weekly earnings: $1,400$1,500
• Pay: $0.43$0.71 CPM based on experience and sliding pay scale
• Pay increases automatically with mileage and tenure
• Performance bonus: up to $0.08 CPM
• Average 2,7003,000 miles per week

TRAINING PROGRAM:

• 3 to 5 week paid training $655/week guaranteed
• One on one mentorship with an experienced driver
• OTR and regional routes during training
• Transition to solo driving upon completion

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid CDL-A
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• New graduates welcome minimum 120 hours from an accredited trucking school
• Experienced drivers minimum 6 months OTR experience
• No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• No DUI/DWI within the last 5 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• Must reside in Oregon
