SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy, and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionAt least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesMust have design implementation and operational experience with middleware technologies - Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat & Message Brokers, Message Queues.Basic knowledge in shell scriptingKnowledgeable in application log management (Server logs, thread/heap dumps)Able to handle multiple, complex, short term projects and incidents simultaneouslyExperience using automated monitoring tools like Nagios.Ability to identify incident trends and problem tasks trends in order to elevate the same in accordance with standard protocols.Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams, and communicate using virtual communication tools (phone, conferencing, online meeting) Analytical and Communication skills Planning and Co-ordination skillsExperience with project managementExperience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travelQualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
