Business Support Analyst for Capital Markets Data Investment & Corporate Banking - COO Office, Business Support Analyst (Contractor)Seeking a Business Support Analyst to work in the Banking Division COO Group of a leading global Investment & Corporate bank. This person will play a pivotal role in managing data in close coordination with bankers, COO Group colleagues, Finance, and IT partners, while also providing essential support to bankers and users of the Banking Division CRM platform.Summary Responsibilities:Master the processes involved in accessing and editing data in the CRM Platform (OneBanker/Salesforce)Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the data and workflows in the CRM platformContribute to the efficient and accurate monthly reconciliation of financial dataProvide user support to bankers and other staff that use the CRMSupport COO Group colleagues as neededRequirements:1-3 years of experience in finance or accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to quickly learn, understand, and master processes and data managementStrong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and high commitment to data accuracyAdvanced Word, Excel (including nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, look-ups and VBA), SQL, and PowerPointMotivated self-starter and team player who can navigate ambiguity effectively and drive decisions and change through influence and persuasionFamiliarity with investment and corporate banking and capital market productsKnowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake, PowerBI, Capital IQ, Python, and Dealogic a plusDemonstrate sense of urgency in meeting challenging deadlines and achieving goalsComfort working in a multicultural environmentLegal authorization to work in the United StatesLocation: 1271 Avenue of the Americas (6th avenue between 50-51st street in Manhattan) Terms: onsite 4 days a weekInterview process: 1 video interview and 1 in-person interview.
