Key Responsibilities\n

Provide clinical services through individual and group teletherapy sessions, helping clients develop and implement personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.

Continuously assess client treatment needs and progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to provide the most effective care.

Assist clients in the formulation, monitoring, and execution of individualized service plans, ensuring alignment with their personal recovery goals.

Guide clients in developing coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to navigate their daily challenges.

Educate clients on available community resources and advocate for their access to these essential services, fostering a sense of connection and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on individuals aged 18 and older who may struggle with various mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, and trauma-related concerns. The therapist will play a crucial role in assisting clients in achieving sustainable independence within the community, highlighting the recovery process and addressing the complexities that may hinder their progress.

Qualifications\n

A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Current licensure in the state is mandatory: candidates must hold one of the following licenses:

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

Ability to practice independently without supervision and without any disciplinary actions on the license.
\n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills paired with a compassionate nature are essential for establishing rapport with clients.

Computer literate with a reliable internet connection to facilitate teletherapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing direct clinical services, particularly in a telehealth setting, is highly desired.

Familiarity with symptom monitoring and managing various mental health challenges.

Proficiency in developing skills in behavior management and support techniques for clients.
