Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of our apartment community. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and well-kept environment for residents, visitors, and prospects. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain all vacant units and common areas in a clean, neat, and attractive condition.Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.Deliver resident notices and assist maintenance staff as needed.Follow safe work practices and adhere to the company's hazardous communication programAttend required training sessions and team meetingsMaintain a positive, professional attitude and strong customer service approach when interacting with residents and team members.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and transport up to 50 pounds across variable distances.Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, and reach regularly to perform job functions.ScheduleFull -time, 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday.Must be flexible with scheduling to work rotating weekends and overtime.QualificationsNo specific education required; however, the ability to read and write in English is necessary for safety and task completion.If not fluent, must demonstrate understanding of instructions through physical observation or other verification by a supervisor.Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.By applying to this position, you attest that you possess the qualifications and certifications required and are committed to upholding safety, compliance, and excellent service standards.Foresight Asset Management is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
