Description This duel role serves as a key liaison between residents, families, staff, and leadership by managing employee records, recruitment, payroll, and benefits while also maintaining financial reporting, billing accuracy, vendor relations, and collections between SALMON at Northborough and SALMON at Westborough. By providing both strategic oversight and hands‑on support, this role ensures organizational efficiency, fiscal accountability and creates a welcoming and supportive environment for residents and staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or experience equivalency preferred. 2–3 years of previous Human Resources experience. Ability to work well with staff on all levels. Strong interpersonal and people skills. Proficiency in Microsoft suite, including Word, database, and spreadsheet applications. Must be organized and detail‑oriented. Ability to communicate in English effectively through verbal and written means. Can work under stress and in emergency situations. Understands principles of growth and development for the entire lifespan with the ability to provide care appropriate for adult and geriatric patients as needed.
