Overview Production Team Lead - Manufacturing Opportunity. Are you a proven leader ready to drive production excellence? Our global manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to oversee a critical work cell. This role is essential for ensuring on-time delivery and upholding the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Team Supervision: Directly lead and motivate a team of 20 operators, managing assignments, performance, and day-to-day attendance. Production Control: Execute the daily schedule, efficiently coordinating materials, people, and equipment to hit production targets. Quality & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to all manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols. The Production Lead is a working-level supervisory role responsible for the daily execution and performance of a specific manufacturing work cell. This role provides direct leadership to a team of 10+ production operators, ensuring that manufacturing goals for safety, quality, and on-time delivery are achieved within budget. Essential functions include: working in a smoke-free environment and wearing steel-toed shoes. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a direct supervisory or leadership role. Skills: problem-solving ability, excellent communication, people skills and proven success in managing production flow. Technical: Familiarity with manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP or MES) is highly valued.
