This position operates within an outpatient office focused on adolescents and young adults. Although the role is remote, you will play an integral part in a multidisciplinary team that shares your dedication to mental health advocacy. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will assume a pivotal role in the treatment of young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead interactive and impactful group therapy sessions, encouraging clients to share their experiences and support one another.

  • Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide personalized counseling to clients, exploring their emotions and behaviors while guiding them in developing effective coping strategies.
  • \n
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to formulate individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that directly address their specific mental health needs.
  • \n
  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to evaluate progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly.

  • Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team: Regularly communicate with fellow clinicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize client care and outcomes, consulting on complex cases as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will be young adults, a demographic often facing unique challenges related to identity, emotional regulation, and life transitions. You will be instrumental in fostering a safe space that promotes trust and openness, allowing clients to express their vulnerabilities and achieve personal growth.

  • Must possess an active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license.
