We are seeking an SEO Strategist to take full ownership of organic search strategy, technical SEO audits, on-page optimization, content planning, and link-building frameworks across client accounts. In this role, you will act as the architect behind organic traffic growth, identifying high-value search opportunities, optimizing website architectures, guiding content strategy, and resolving technical bottlenecks. You will leverage AI-assisted search tools and platforms to streamline keyword research, content briefs, schema generation, and site audits while bringing senior-level analytical judgment to every campaign. The ideal candidate is a strategic, technical, and data-driven search marketer with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms, project management workflows, and funnel alignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive organic search strategies tailored to client growth goals and target audiences.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, intent mapping, and search query analysis to drive content creation and page optimizations.
• Optimize on-page elements including page titles, meta descriptions, header tags, internal link structures, images, and content relevance.
• Align organic search strategies with conversion funnels and lead generation workflows inside Go High Level.
• Develop content gap analyses and collaborate with content teams to produce high-ranking, search-optimized copy.

• Perform technical site audits using industry tools to identify and resolve crawlability, indexability, site speed, and architectural issues.
• Implement and manage structured data (Schema markup) to enhance rich snippet eligibility.
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and overall technical site health.
• Coordinate with web development and design teams to execute technical fixes and site architecture improvements cleanly.

• Utilize AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude) to accelerate keyword clustering, content brief creation, intent analysis, and technical script generation.
• Leverage AI platforms to analyze complex search data, extract optimization insights, and write high-ranking schema markup.
• Refine, edit, and validate AI-assisted research and strategy outputs to ensure high editorial accuracy, E-E-A-T compliance, and strategic alignment.
• Stay current with evolving search engine algorithm updates, platform AI features, and modern search technology trends.

• Monitor organic performance metrics, ranking trajectories, traffic growth, and conversion rates across Google Search Console and GA4.
• Set up, maintain, and audit tracking configurations to ensure organic conversion attribution is accurate within Go High Level.
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles and design ethical, white-hat link acquisition strategies.
• Prepare clear performance reports and present strategic recommendations to internal leadership and project managers.

• Manage SEO roadmaps, campaign timelines, and optimization tasks within ClickUp.
• Collaborate closely with content developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Ensure all SEO initiatives support broader performance marketing, brand, and sales funnel initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as an SEO Strategist, Organic Search Specialist, or similar agency/marketing role.
• Proven track record of driving organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and organic conversion improvements.
• Practical experience using AI tools for keyword strategy, technical auditing support, and content intelligence.
• Hands-on experience using ClickUp for project tracking, task organization, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience working with Go High Level to align organic landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion tracking.
• High proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
• Strong technical SEO expertise (site speed optimization, crawl budgets, rendering, canonicalization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals).
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with high analytical and strategic clarity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
• Deep understanding of Google's E-E-A-T guidelines, helpful content systems, and search AI Overviews (SGE).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow).
• Experience integrating SEO strategies with paid media and direct-response marketing funnels.
