FOAA is seeking a Finance Analyst I to support our Transfer Pricing team. Key Job Responsibilities Review and support month‑end activities, including closing of sub‑ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis. Review and support month‑end Flux analysis for all P&L and balance sheet accounts, sharing analysis of changes with stakeholders. Demonstrate professional accounting skills and apply in‑depth knowledge, principles, and systems design to recognize complex issues, develop resolutions, and consult with leadership to achieve outcomes. Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are documented and work on process improvements. Review balance sheet reconciliations, highlight issues, and take necessary action. Interact closely with auditors on audit‑related queries to ensure smooth completion of audits. Maintain GRC compliance and internal control, aligning improvements or changes with stakeholders. Lead and support new business or system launches, including UAT of accounting entries and financial reporting. Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with technology teams for automation and system solutions. Qualifications & Experience 1+ year of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making. Certified Accountant with 1‑4 years of experience. Experience using data to influence business decisions. Knowledge of standard software, including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL, and VBA. Experience in corporate finance, including budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting. Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills. Knowledge of finance, accounting, or related field focused on analytics. Strong communication and articulation skills. Well versed with MS Excel.
