Supportive doctors who work with you, not above you What You'll Do: Provide leadership and direction to all staff members. Manage team schedules and coordinate daily workflow. Address and resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and practice profitability. Maintain vendor relationships and oversee supply management. Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction and retention. Support team members through coaching, feedback, and career development. Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff.
