Job Title: Social Work Assistant Department: LTC Social Work Reports to: Director of Social Work Looking for meaningful, heart-centered work that fits your schedule? Join our Social Work team as a Social Work Assistant and play a key role in supporting residents and families during important moments in their lives. This role is perfect for someone who is compassionate, organized, and energized by building relationships. You’ll work closely with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to help ensure every resident feels heard, supported, and cared for.
