About the Role

SignalXi is looking for outgoing, self-motivated Event Sales Representatives to promote and sell AT&T products and services at farmers markets, pop-up events, HOA gatherings, and other community events in the DFW. This is a face-to-face, high-energy role perfect for someone who loves talking to people and thrives in a fast-paced, on-the-go environment.

No sales experience? No problem — we provide full training. If you're friendly, reliable, and coachable, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Set up and run engaging booth/table displays at farmers markets, pop-ups, HOA events, and community gatherings
• Approach and engage attendees to introduce AT&T products, plans, and promotions
• Educate customers on offers and guide them through sign-up on the spot
• Represent the SignalXi and AT&T brand professionally at every event
• Track and report daily sales activity and event outcomes
• Help load/unload and set up event materials (tables, signage, displays)

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing personality and comfortable approaching strangers/making small talk
• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Ability to work weekends and some weekdays as events require
• Comfortable with some physical setup (light lifting, standing for periods of time)
• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience a plus — but not required, we will train you
• Must be 18+

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commission on every sale/sign-up
