Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire Dispatchers for a companylocated in Cartersville!

Qualifications for Dispatchers:

After meeting all of PPS' standard qualifications, Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have previous dispatch experience (at least 1 year is preferred).
• Great customer service skills.
• Good verbal/phone skills.
• Computer experience (Excel and QuickBooks).
• Ability to read maps and help mechanics with directions.
• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Dispatchers :

• Receive and record service calls.
• Dispatch mechanics with details of service calls.
• Keep customers updated on status of call.
• Create invoices.
• Receive various forms of payment.

Shift Details : Day and Night Shifts Available! **Call for more information**

Pay Rate : $14.00-18.00/hour depending on experience
