B2B Marketing Specialist

Aegis Worldwide is partnering with an established manufacturing company seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist . This individual will manage marketing initiatives from initial concept through completion while supporting sales, lead generation, customer engagement, and overall brand awareness.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Create and manage marketing materials, sales collateral, presentations, email campaigns, and website content.

• Support sales teams with lead-generation initiatives, customer communications, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate trade shows and customer events, including logistics, materials, displays, and follow-up activities.

• Maintain CRM data and assist with marketing automation initiatives.

• Track campaign performance, website traffic, lead activity, and other marketing metrics.

• Prepare marketing reports and use data to recommend improvements.

• Manage company social media accounts and support content planning.

• Assist with SEO, website updates, and overall digital presence.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners to keep projects on schedule.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through completion with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.

• Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or another technical environment strongly preferred.

• Experience supporting sales teams, trade shows, lead generation, and customer engagement programs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects and competing deadlines.

Preferred Technical Skills

• CRM and marketing automation platforms; Zoho experience is preferred.

• Website content management systems.

• Google Analytics and GA4.

• Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

• Microsoft Office 365.

• Email marketing platforms.

• SEO fundamentals.

• Social media management platforms.

• Project management software.

• Marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Physical and Travel Requirements

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds when handling trade show or event materials.

• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, customer events, and other business activities.

• Ability to safely enter manufacturing areas while following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate PPE.
