NHC HomeCare Milan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN utilizes the nursing process to provide patient and family care and advocacy in the home setting, following physician orders.
Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess needs, plan and implement care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver home care and rehab, teach patients and caregivers, and document progress and understanding.
