Site Supervisor (Access Control)-Fort Belvoir, VA

Job Overview PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Site Supervisor (Access Control) with a TS/SCI security clearance to support PAC and our government customer at Fort Belvoir, VA. This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and moves 24/7/365 to protect sensitive compartmented information facilities (SCIFs) and personnel. Key Responsibilities Personnel Management: Supervise and provide leadership to Access Control Officers and Escort personnel; ensure adequate staffing levels; conduct performance evaluations; coordinate shift schedules and turnovers; serve as primary contact between contractor personnel and government representatives. Security Operations: Oversee access control operations for personnel, equipment, and media; enforce face‑to‑identification checks; monitor entry‑exit inspections and form validation; verify security clearance and SCI access via DISS or Scattered Castles; maintain compliance with SOPs and EEIP. Systems Management: Oversee Central Monitoring Stations (CMS) and Lenel systems; ensure proper use of government‑furnished equipment and databases; conduct equipment and log inventory within 15 minutes of each shift change. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain shift logs per Post and INSCOM SOPs; review journal entries, entry‑exit checks, and incident documentation; notify security incidents, emergencies, or life‑threatening situations immediately; submit required reports to the Contracting Officer’s Representative; keep sign‑in sheets for cleared and uncleared visitors. Quality Control: Implement and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP); ensure personnel present a professional, uniformed appearance; conduct site inspections; address performance deficiencies and implement corrective actions. Training & Compliance: Ensure personnel complete mandatory training (Information Assurance/Cyber awareness, Intelligence Oversight and Civil Liberties, OPSEC, Anti‑Terrorism Level I, TARP, annual security refresher, etc.); coordinate with government security staff for ongoing training. Emergency Response: Coordinate immediate response to security breaches, medical emergencies, fire, or other life‑threatening situations; notify DA police, local authorities, and emergency services; maintain accountability of all personnel during emergencies. Working Conditions Schedule: Access control officers work 24/7/365 in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Site Supervisors work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, and must be available for emergency call‑ins. Environment: Work performed in SCIFs may require frequent exposure to outdoor and non‑standard terrain within a professional office environment with strict security protocols.
