You will play a critical role in delivering safe, precise, and compassionate care—combining clinical expertise with operational excellence. What You’ll Do Compound, verify, and dispense sterile medications and nutritional solutions Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance Monitor therapy, labs, and recommend adjustments as needed Partner with providers, nurses, and patients on infusion care plans Educate patients and care teams on medication use and safety Manage pharmacy operations (inventory, workflow, documentation) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and sterile compounding standards What You Bring PharmD (required) Active Pharmacist license in Illinois & Texas (must have licenses in BOTH states) 2–5 years of experience (infusion, sterile compounding, or specialty pharmacy preferred) Strong clinical judgment + attention to detail Ability to balance precision, pace, and patient connection You are: Analytical and solutions-oriented Calm under pressure with strong decision-making Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities A collaborative partner with strong emotional intelligence Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment Why This Role Matters You are at the center of delivering life-changing therapies—ensuring every patient receives care that is safe, effective, and deeply human. #J-18808-Ljbffr Singlepoint Healthcare
