THE OPPORTUNITY
A 128-bed community hospital in Bergen County, New Jersey - just 15 miles from Manhattan - is seeking Board Certified OB/GYN Hospitalists to join their team. Part of a major regional health network, this facility combines advanced care with a personalized patient experience in an intimate community setting.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary Range: $328,000 - $437,760 annually
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $40,000
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000

THE ROLE
- 6-8 twenty-four-hour in-house shifts per month
- Collaborative team environment

REQUIREMENTS
- MD/DO, Board Certified
- Ideal for experienced clinicians or those transitioning from private practice
- New Jersey license or ability to obtain
