Shipping CoordinatorLabCorp is seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team at 2033 County Road C2 West Roseville, MN 55113Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am- 5:00pmJob Responsibilities:Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slipsInspect products for damage, shortages, or defectsUnload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand cartsLabel, tag, and barcode incoming inventoryRecord receipts in warehouse management or inventory systemsRoute materials to appropriate storage locations or departmentsCommunicate discrepancies or damages to supervisors or vendorsPick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedulesVerify order accuracy before shipmentPrepare shipping documentation such as bills of landing and packing listsLoad outbound shipments safely and efficientlyCoordinate with carriers for pickup and deliveryEnsure proper packaging to prevent damage during transitMinimum Qualifications:No experience or education requiredPreferred Qualifications:Current or Prior Labcorp experience1 or more years of experience working in a warehouse and/or picking and packing orders1 or more years of experience with warehouse equipment such as a forklift, cherry picker, and pallet jackAdditional Job Standards:Flexibility to work overtime as neededVery punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to problem solve customer issuesAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionKnowledge of inventory control and cycle countsExperience with UPS WorldShip & FedEx shipping programsCustomer service experienceAbility to lift up to 50lbsAt LabCorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
