Licensed Practical Nurse – Rehabilitation
Schedule: Nights 7P-7:30A, Every Other Weekend, Holiday per Unit Needs
Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Requirements:
- New York LPN License
- BLS/CPR preferred
- At least 2 years of LPN experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care and treatment to residents, ensuring a customer service-focused approach.
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, including Physicians and RNs, to meet resident care needs.
- Apply sound nursing judgment to observe and evaluate changes in resident conditions, communicating appropriately with the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with policies regarding documentation and controlled substances.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, including hygiene and dining areas.
Compliance / Notes:
Compliance with policies and procedures related to documentation and reporting of incidents.
