Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 Base + Fluctuating Workweek (FWW) Overtime + Mileage Reimbursement + Benefits About the Company Our client is an award-winning commercial General Contractor specializing in restaurant, retail and commercial construction throughout South Florida. Due to continued growth, they're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee restaurant construction projects across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. About the Role You’ll manage one project at a time from start to finish. This is a true Superintendent role where you’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage quality, maintain schedules and ensure successful project delivery. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager. Responsibilities Manage restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout Coordinate all subcontractors on site Drive project schedules and critical milestones Conduct daily site supervision Maintain quality control throughout construction Schedule inspections and coordinate permitting Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings Review drawings and identify field conflicts Generate RFIs and coordinate design clarifications Complete daily reports using Procore Ensure OSHA compliance and jobsite safety Coordinate project closeout and punch lists Protect budgets by working closely with the Project Manager Deliver projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional workmanship Qualifications 5+ years of Superintendent experience Previous restaurant construction experience is required Experience with commercial interiors and ground‑up projects preferred Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors Procore experience preferred Valid Florida driver’s license Required Skills 5+ years of Superintendent experience Previous restaurant construction experience is required Valid Florida driver’s license Preferred Skills Experience with commercial interiors and ground‑up projects preferred Procore experience preferred Pay range and compensation package Fluctuating Workweek (FWW) overtime premium for hours worked over 40 Mileage reimbursement at the current IRS rate for eligible mileage over a 20-mile daily roundtrip threshold Potential annual earnings of approximately $138K–$145K+ depending on overtime and project location 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company‑paid Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
