State of Location Ohio Position Summary As an outpatient clinician within our Applied Behavioral Analysis program (ABA), you will help children and their families learn new skills and techniques using the therapy that is most effective for autism. Our goal is to focus on what matters most for each child and their support system by creating an individualized pediatric treatment program tailored to their needs. Whether the focus is communication, social skills, aggression, non‑compliance, self‑help, play, academics, fine or gross motor skills, we address each patient’s specific concerns. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child’s daily life. Job Overview Position: Pediatric Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Network: Ivy ABA, part of the Ivy Rehab Network Location: Milford, OH Student Loan Repayment: $10,000 (option available) Job Highlights Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Lead a team of behavior technicians in a clinic‑based setting with predictable schedules Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model that includes speech‑language, occupational, and physical therapists Potential to become an equity partner and founder of your own Ivy ABA clinic Responsibilities Maintain a caseload of 8‑12 patients, collaborating with the Clinic Director and Ivy ABA leadership to achieve positive outcomes Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans Coach and guide behavior technicians in implementing each patient’s plan Empower parents and caregivers to learn ABA principles and interventions for behavior change outside of sessions Coordinate care as part of an interdisciplinary team for patients receiving speech, occupational, or physical therapy from Ivy Rehab Qualifications Active BCBA certification or exam sitting within one month Experience creating individualized treatment plans, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Experience supervising technicians to implement individualized treatment plans Why Choose Ivy?
