IPT Lead/CAM V, Missile Electronics

Project Engineer Location: Littleton or Englewood, CO (on site). This position requires full‑time onsite work; teleworking is not supported. Work Schedule: 9x80 every other Friday off (standard 40 hours per week, alternate schedule available). Key Activities Lead, budget, and manage cost/schedule/technical performance. Effectively manage project performance (schedule, cost and technical). Coordinate and establish work lanes for incoming/outgoing program needs. Support staffing and resource updates. Coordinate with the LE2 PLM and the Product Team to balance resource requirements through IPT management. Requirements Lead experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM). 8+ years professional experience in project management. Experience leading projects, teams, and development efforts. Experience as a CAM and Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience in product life cycle (development, deployment, retirement). Experience with JIRA or similar tools for project planning and tracking. Experience in project management principles (Cost/Schedule/Technical). Experience with subcontract management. Integrated program planning experience. Desired educational background: Bachelor's degree from accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. Desired technical experience: Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering. Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope. Demonstrated behavior of a systems thinker. Security Clearance US citizenship is required. The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, which must be obtained and maintained. Compensation & Benefits Annual base salary range (for select states): $122,900 – $216,660. Salary determined by location, experience, and market considerations.
