Assistant Machine Operator

Green Bay Packaging is seeking an Assistant Machine Operator for 1st shift in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will support the setup, operation, and changeovers of corrugated and paperboard converting equipment, ensuring safe, efficient production and consistent product quality. Responsibilities include feeding materials, monitoring equipment, performing basic adjustments, completing quality checks, and accurate production documentation. You’ll work closely with experienced operators in a team-focused, safety-first environment with opportunities for skills development and long-term career growth.
