Caring Hearts Homecare is looking to hire Home Health Aides for FULL TIME/PER DIEM positions in Boston, Roxbury, Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain, Roslindale.

Qualifications of a Home Health Aide Include:

• Be reliable and dependable.
• Have HHA certification.
• Be able to use a computer for documentation.
• Able to efficiently perform all HHA tasks.
• Have a car and a valid driver's license.
• Home care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities of a Home Health Aide Include:

• Helps the patient to maintain good personal hygiene.
• Assists in maintaining a healthful, safe environment for patients.
• Plans and prepares simple meals.
• Assists patients with basic health-related care needs.
• Encourages the patients to become as independent as possible and follow the aide care plan.
• Report any change in the patients' mental or physical condition.
• Performs routine housekeeping tasks as related to a safe and comfortable environment for the patients.
• Attends and completes in-services as required by state and federal regulations.
