AI-Native Founding Chief of Staff

About the Role

Join Leegle as our founding Chief of Staff, working directly alongside the CEO to build an AI-native organization from the ground up. You'll shape strategy, operations, and growth across all functions during our critical early stage, then transition ownership to dedicated leaders as the company scales. This role is central to establishing how we operate as an AI-first legal tech company.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives, including fundraising and investor relations.
• Build go-to-market, sales, content marketing, and hiring structures and processes from scratch, then hand them to dedicated owners.
• Drive the AI-native transformation of our operations in close collaboration with leadership.
• Own high-impact projects across multiple functions with a hands-on approach.

• Fluent in German and English.

Location

On-site in Munich, 4 days per week. Strong in-person culture is core to how we work.
