We are seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to install, align, troubleshoot, and support high-precision CNC equipment in the field. This is a high-travel role (up to 95%) supporting customers across the U.S. and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing

* Travel extensively (up to 95%) to customer facilities
* Install and commission CNC machinery
* Perform precision machine alignments and geometry corrections
* Replace and service ball screws
* Maintain and service hydrostatic ways
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
* Read and apply electrical and mechanical schematics
* Provide on-site customer training and technical support
* Represent the company professionally in front of customers

This is a role for someone who enjoys independence, problem-solving, and being the technical expert onsite.

What We're Looking For

* CNC service or advanced maintenance experience
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
* Hands-on experience with ball screws, alignments, and hydrostatic systems
* Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
* Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively (domestic and international)
* Valid passport or ability to obtain one
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
