The Role
Prepare and plate dishes consistently, maintain an organized station, and support smooth kitchen service at Rosemary Rose.
What You'll Do
- Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards.
- Set up, stock, clean, and close your station.
- Monitor food quality and timing throughout service.
- Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
- Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.
Who You Are
- Previous line cook experience preferred.
- Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and take direction.
- Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Working Conditions/Environment: Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for eight hours daily; fast-paced movement throughout the property; lifting, carrying, pulling, or moving at least 50 pounds. These conditions represent those typically encountered when performing the role's essential functions.
