Geriatrics Physician – Vermont An academic-affiliated health system with multiple locations throughout New Hampshire and Vermont is adding a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The Hospital’s network includes the critical access-designated Hospital and Historic Homes of a senior living community, as well as an outpatient clinic. About the Position 100% outpatient position

Average daily patient census is 16‑18 32 clinical hours; admin time can be done remotely Minimal call by phone only Non‑teaching position 25‑bed non‑profit hospital Ideal candidate will have an interest in value‑based care Benefits Compensation package includes a high base salary, a signing bonus, and relocation assistance Dedicated CME time and funds Location / Community Less than 2 hours from Burlington, VT and 20 miles to Lebanon, NH Historic small community of less than 4,000 people Four seasons of outdoor recreation including hiking, skiing, and campingJV-2404-98367
